Thanksgiving will be here before you know it. Imagine all of your family and friends raving about the fresh, pastured turkey you just prepared for them. Juicy and delicious, and, not to mention, really good for them! You will no doubt feel confident and proud, knowing that the golden-brown bird sitting in the center of your table was raised on pasture and fed non-GMO/anitbiotic-free feed, the way a turkey should be.
Our turkeys generally weigh between 12-18 lbs.
The turkeys are butchered the Monday before Thanksgiving (Nov. 20). This is the day that your turkey will be picked up at our farm.
Your turkey will be cleaned and bagged, with the giblets inside.
When you arrive at the farm to pick it up (you will receive an email with exact time of the pickup), you can choose your size of turkey. After you have paid for it, you can head home with one fine bird in hand! Don't forget to bring a cooler to transport your bird home in.
Remember that your turkey will be fresh, not frozen. As a result, it is best to let it sit in the fridge for a day or so to tenderize before cooking.
A $10 deposit is due at time of order (pay below).
Price/pound is $4.05, due at pick-up, minus your deposit.
